- Pool: Steve Papp discussed the opening of the pool. The pool will open on Saturday, May 28th. New furniture and umbrellas will be purchased. Steve is asking for volunteers to form a pool committee. Anyone interested in joining, please place your name and phone number, and the best time for Steve to call you, in the condo box.

The program was well attended and received by our residents. Sweet treats were enjoyed all. Special thanks to Ed Kalesse for coordinating the program.
- Comments/Issues:
- The PSE&G light on the Rite Aid exit is out. Board will call PSE&G regarding the light.
- A resident raised her concern about dampness/moisture in the storage area. There was a brief discussion regarding this. It has been recommended that residents using cardboard boxes consider switching over to plastic containers.

- Move to adjourn was made by Dolores Cipolone and seconded by Denise Healy.
Meeting adjourned at 7:20.
