Condo Fees

Condo fees are crucial to the upkeep of all aspects of our building maintenance, landscaping and waste removal.

Fees are due on the 1st of the month and no later than the 5th. 

Any fee not received by the 5th will be subject to a $25.00 late fee.  The late fee is assessed each month the condo fee is not paid.  After 3 months, a lien will be placed on your unit. You will be responsible for all costs associated with the lien, including lawyer fees. 

Timely condo maintenance payments are vital to keeping these fees as low as possible for all.

Gas for heating, hot water and cooking, as well as grounds maintenance are included in the condo fee.
