General Condo Meeting – December 16, 2020

Old Business
- Election: Ballots were counted and new 2021 board members are Denise M. Healy, Lucy Macdonald and Steve Papp.
- Budget information: every resident received a copy of the budget for 2021 which has a 1% increase in condo fees.
- Amendment update: The additional amendments since 1981, will be given to each resident in December.
- Parking lot update: We are awaiting notice of the dates the lot will be done.
- Mailboxes: COVID issue still causing delays.
New Business
- Budget: Our budget passed with an overwhelming majority voting Yes. Thank you for your participation.
- Lobby: Our lobby looks lovely with our new holiday decorations. Thank you to our decorating committee for doing such a great job.
- Lobby and Mailroom floors: The three samples from Perma Floor for the new flooring will be in the lobby on a table near the bookcase for everyone to see until Sunday, December 20th.
- Christmas party: A holiday luncheon given by the Healys will be on December 29th. Because of COVID-19 restrictions, each unit will receive a menu from which an item can be selected. Details to follow.
- Parking lot/Mailbox update: Due to COVID-19 issues, we are still waiting for notice of the dates.
- Snow Reminder: For your convenience, rock salt and a shovel are located at the front door and the 2 side doors.
- From the suggestion box:
- Request: That any resident having work done in their unit notify the neighbors around them, both above and below, at least the day before or earlier.
- 2020: The year 2020 has been challenging, unusual and certainly memorable. It was also a year, for us at Heather House, that saw the passing of longtime friends and neighbors. We would like to remember Dr. Ben Addiego, Dot Armstrong, Dominic Cirucci, Henry Keckhut, Dolores Kuenzel, Marie Sheffield, Helen Sikora and Flo Smith.
- We wish everyone a Happy Holiday season.
