- Thank you to Rosemarie Chambers for her services while on the Board.
- Painting of Steps: Signs were posted and the steps painted. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Snow Reminder: Rock salt and a shovel are located at the front door and the 2 side doors. When snow is predicted, please do not park in the 3 visitor’s spaces next to the pool.
New Business
- Odds and Ends update: Amazon will be starting soon.
- Budget: December, 2020 is posted on the bulletin board and contains year-end 2020 budget update. January, 2021 is also posted.
- Parking Lot: Snow has caused delays. Notices will be send when we have a date.
- Mailbox update: Donna Harrington, who handles the converting of older building mailboxes to new boxes, has been in contact with the Board. The Post Office will be sending information about which boxes they recommend. An inspector will survey and approve our mailbox location.
- Lobby and Mailroom floors: Perma Floor has given us a tentative date for the last Sunday in March. More information will be given out at the next condo meeting in March.
- Rugs: Third Floor hallways will be painted in April, following the Perma Floor installation in late March. Rugs will follow a few weeks after the halls are painted.
- Suggestion Box
- Pillow – if a resident wants to use a donated pillow, while sitting in a chair in the lobby, they are being stored in the left side of the buffet. Please return after use.
- Social gathering – Heather House is not a commercial/retail space. Being aware of the possibility of COVID-19 spreading among residents, until further notice, the condo meetings will be limited to 10 residents.
- Comments
- To participate in the monthly condo meeting, owners must be in “good standing” which means up-to-date with their fees and not have a lien.
- With the assistance of Ed Kalesse, Haddon Township and Heather House are now coordinating the details for the pickup of large items. Further details will follow.
- Resident raised an issue about the parking lot.
- Next meeting: Wednesday, March 17that 7:00.
Move to adjourn: Janet Sassano, Lucy Macdonald seconded the motion.
Meeting adjourned.
Note to all: Please, due to the COVID-19 concerns in Haddon Township, we ask everyone to be considerate of their neighbors: Wear a mask in the elevator, hallways, and lobby.
