Old Business – from January 2024
- Gutters: Gutters will be scheduled for cleaning in March.
- Sewer/Pipe Issues: Kindly remember to continue to only put single ply toilet paper in the toilet.
- Postal Address: Heather House’s address is: 201 W. Cuthbert Boulevard (your unit #), Haddon Township/Oaklyn, NJ 08107. For deliveries tell them to GPS “Heather House.”
New Business
- Annual Inspections: Our annual building inspections are being scheduled. Residents will be notified of certain inspections, for example, fire alarms and duct cleaning.
- State Inspection: We are notifying you that the State will be here in June for its five-year building inspection.
- Tax Assessment: As per the State/Township procedures, the Township building assessor arrived unexpectedly this morning. He was pleased with the number of units he saw. If he did not enter your unit, please follow the directions on the “Sorry we missed you”, card left on your door.
- Extermination: Heather House has two exterminating companies addressing our building.
- Comments:
- The Board received a letter from a resident concerned about odors from cigarettes and/or cannabis in the hallways and in her unit. We will refer this to Mr. Wilson, our Heather House attorney, for guidance.
- A resident shared that she had had a mouse in her unit, which was caught. A board member was notified; and, assistance and possible remedies were given. The services of Dan D’Amico were used to close up any openings in her unit. She passed on advice from Dan, regarding the importance of closing up openings in your unit.
March meeting: Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, March 20th at 7:00 PM.
