OLD BUSINESS
Foyer: New Mailboxes and reconstruction of foyer on hold. (virus related delays)
Flooring: poolside, Rite Aid side and elevator to be replaced. Flooring materials and flooring colors have been chosen. Awaiting final estimate information and scheduling. Foyer floor and entry way to lobby resolution still ongoing.
Elevator emergency phone repair Approved and Completed.
Monthly financial accountability statements in the process of formatting a workable information sheet
Painting bids/estimates for 2nd and 3rd floor hallways are being reviewed
Trash room concerns:
- Plastic Containers NEED to be rinsed out.
- Cardboard boxes NEED to be crushed down.
- PIZZA boxes are TRASH and need to be crushed down or cut up, bagged and put down the trash shoot.
- Plants WITHOUT the plastic container should be bagged and trashed.
- Do NOT put ELECTRONICS or FURNITURE in the trash.
- Tissues, napkins, disinfectant wipes, gloves etc…. Are to be disposed of in the TRASH. Not dropped on the floors, in the elevator, at the entry doors, on the property or on the foyer floor.

NEW BUSINESS
All GENERAL MEETINGS are suspended until further notice due to the Coronavirus. The Board of Trustees will continue to meet and will post the minutes on the bulletin board and on our web page to keep everyone informed. Landscaping: Discussing planting Sedum or Golden Cypress at the driveway
entrances to the parking lot.
Laundry room: Clothing rack needs to be placed back where it belongs out of the way of the washers and dryers and away from the doorway. If a unit is out of service please call Equipment Marketers to report. Info provided in the laundry room.
Suggestion box: only received 2 notes in the last month. Both concerning the noise in the baseboard heat. Please see the sheet on the bulletin board if you feel that you need the pipes bled. Service techs will NOT be able to enter your condo at this time unless you have an emergency.
Pool: opening date will be determined as the virus dictates. Repairs are needed and bids are out for new contracts for pool cleaning and water testing. Dolores and Lucy are teaming up to work on these needs.
SPRING FLING hosted by Bart and Denise Healy. Desserts in the lobby on Saturday afternoon April 11th from 3pm to 5pm.
