Call to Order at 7:02 PM

Old Business – December 2024
- Budget: The 2025 budget was approved.
- Gutters: The yearly gutter cleaning was done on January 2.
- Drains: First floor kitchen drains were cleaned on Friday, December 13th. Please do not pour/throw any grease down your drains.
- Trash Room: As previously mentioned, pizza boxes are not recyclable. Pizza boxes should be cut up, put in a plastic bag, and thrown down the chute. Any large plastic container is your responsibility to remove from the building. It cannot go into our recyclable bin.
New Business – January 2025
- Reorganization of Board: The Board was reorganized on January 6th, 2025. Denise M. Healy, President, Steve Papp, Vice-President, Janet Sassano, Treasurer/Secretary and Liddy Tuleja, Trustee.
- New window: On Monday, January 13th, the second-floor window on the RiteAid side of the building was replaced.
- January paperwork:
- We renewed our 2025 NJDCA registration and our Haddon Township 2025 business license.
- The 4th quarter trash reimbursement form was submitted to Haddon Township.
- Our year-end financial paperwork is done and is available for review.
- We are completing the required 1099 paperwork for our vendors.
- We are compiling the information required for our Worker’s Compensation insurance audit.
- Comments:
- In response to a question about our vendors, the Board provided examples of who we use including landscaping, pool, handymen, etc.
- In response to a question about window replacement, per the By-Laws, it is the resident’s responsibility and must conform to our building.
- February meeting: Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, February 19th at 7:00 PM.
