HEATHER HOUSE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
HHCA General Condo Meeting – June 16, 2021

Call to Order at 7:00 PM by Janet Sassano

Roll Call: Janet Sassano, Denise Healy, Lucy Macdonald and Steve Pap

Treasurer’s Report:

Reserves       $ 40,394.86
Checking       $16,293.06
Savings         $ 29,319.99
CD’s               $35,526.90
Total            $121,534.71

Old Business
  • Inspections: Our yearly building inspection was completed on June 15th, by Fire Marshall, Ryan Sheppard.  We passed all areas.   Thank you to Lucy Macdonald who coordinated the HHCA building inspections for 2021.
  • Rugs:  Rugs were installed on the third floor the week of May 24th.
  • Kitchen Drains:  R. Neel Plumbing cleaned the kitchen drains on May 21st.  Our next cleaning is scheduled for August.  All residents will receive notification near the cleaning date.
  • Parking Lot:  New asphalt was put down on certain area of our parking lot.  Although lines and numbers were also repainted, it was not all completed to our satisfaction.  We are now in the process of rectifying it.
New Business
  • Mailboxes:  Our new mailboxes have been installed.  All residents received new keys.  There was no delay in mail delivery during this process.  A thank you to Donny, our mail carrier, Dan, the installer, and Denise for coordinating the planning delivery.  The decorating committee will be adding finishing touches to the area.
  • Pool:  The pool opened on a rainy Saturday, May 29th, of Memorial Day weekend.All residents received a pool packet, which included information on pool costs for visitors, times and rules. Steve Papp has been responsible for the caretaking of our pool. We thank him for his time and dedication to help make our pool a pleasant experience for all who use it.
  • There are no meetings in July and August.
  • Our next meeting is September 15that 7:00 PM. Residents will continue to receive the board’s Odds and Ends this summer. The board wishes everyone a safe, pleasant summer.
Comments/Issues:
  • A resident was assured of the services of our exterminator. He is kept informed of residential concerns.
  • Dennis Bush and Sherri Becker were acknowledged for their lovely flower gardens. Their time and effort contribute to making the grounds of HH colorful and welcoming. Thank you.
  • A resident commented on the importance of following Gov. Murphy’s COVID-19 indoor guidelines. Please wear a mask if you have not been vaccinated.  A mask is not required if you have had the vaccine.  Thank you for your cooperation.
