HHCA General Condo Meeting – June 14, 2023

Old Business – from May 2023
  • Pool:  Pool opened on Saturday, May 27th of Memorial Day weekend.   Steve Papp, (908-421-3503), explained the importance of a dedicated pool squad.  Though volunteers have signed on to help, Steve would welcome more help from our residents.  Please remember to sign in immediately when entering the pool area.  The sign in book is located to the right inside the entry gate.  Payment for a seasonal pass ($50) or daily pass ($5) should be put in the condo box the day you use the pool.  Remember: pool passes must be bought for non-residents/owners. DelVal services our pool every Monday and Friday.
  • Tree trimming:  On June 1st, branch trimming and tree shaping were completed on the grounds of Heather House.  Thank you to Liddy Tuleja for her helpful input.
  • New Building Keys: Entry door locks were changed on Monday, May 15.  Residents received 2 keys.  Extra keys can be purchased for $2.00 each from Janet Sassano, 856-858-0955.
  • Laundry Room: Caldwell and Gregory have scheduled delivery of their new washers and dryers for June 14th.  Installation time is one day.  Residents received a related memo on Friday, June 9th.
  • Kitchen Drains: Kitchen drains are scheduled to be cleaned on Friday, June 16th starting at    8:30 AM. (Update:  Drain cleaning was rescheduled for Thursday, June 22nd at 8:30 AM.  Reminder notices will be posted.)
  • Township Building Inspection: The Fire Marshall will be here on Thursday, June 15th for our annual walk through inspection of our building.
New Business
  • Roof Assessment Loan: Final payment, after 4 years, on the roof loan will be June 24th.  The roof is now 5 years old.
  • Laundry Room: The laundry room was closed on Wednesday, June 14th for the installation of new washers and dryers. New cards have been distributed.  The laundry room will be locked every night at 9 PM and will reopen by 8 AM.
  • Summer Condo meetings: There are no meetings in July and August.
  • September meeting: Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, September 20, at 7:00 PM.
