Maintenance and Responsibilities

Each resident must carry their own homeowner’s or condo owner’s insurance.  HHCA is not responsible for individual units. 

All maintenance and repairs needed inside your home are your responsibility. Any contractors hired to carry out these duties should be licensed and residents should notify the Board.
