Old Business
- Odds and Ends: If or when the Amazon entry system begins (their delivery personnel will use a secure, one-time only entry code to enter HH), residents will be informed. There is no participation by the residents, except to pick up their packages when delivered.
- Budget: Year-end 2020 budget was posted on Bulletin Board.
- Rugs: Third Floor hallways will be painted in April, following the Perma Floor installation in late March. Rugs will follow a few weeks after the halls are painted.
- Parking Lot: When a date is confirmed, residents will be notified of the date and movement of certain cars as necessary.
- Mailbox update: Donna Harrington, our contact with the Post Office, has recommended the type of new mailbox which will be installed. An inspector will need to approve our location.
- Snow Reminder: Thank you to our residents for using and returning our shovels to their entry locations.
New Business
- Lobby and Mailroom floors: PermaFloor will be installing the floors on Sunday, March 28. As we have informed residents, the front door, lobby and elevator will not be accessible to residents between the hours of 7 AM-10 PM. An update on this project will be distributed later this week.
- Bulk Items: Information and directions for removing bulk items via the Township, has been given to every resident.
- Suggestion Box
- Do we check Heather House emails? Yes, we do check the emails.
- Answers to questions derived from the marked up copy of the February minutes received are as follows:
- No attempt is made to limit the minutes to one page.
- The Board notifies residents of any maintenance, (specifically mentioned were the steps) and we keep the residents informed of any common area that may affect them.
- Costs of ongoing maintenance issues will not be included in the minutes. That information can be provided upon written request to the Board.
- The mailbox design was changed upon recommendation by the Post Office. See update above.
- The location of the pillows was provided in the February minutes. After using, please return to the left door in the buffet.
- “In good standing” refers to being current on all fees and having no lien. As noted, when one resident does not pay their fees or has a lien on their unit owned to HHCA, it falls to all residents to assume that financial burden. That financial burden is not an expectation that residents should have to assume because any one resident chooses not to remain current on their financial obligations.
- Next Board meeting will be Wednesday, on April 14that 7:00.
Move to adjourn: Janet Sassano, seconded by Denise Healy
Note to all: Please, due to the COVID-19 concerns in Haddon Township, we ask everyone to be considerate of their neighbors: You must wear a mask in the elevator, hallways, and lobby.
