Old Business
  • Mailboxes: Postponed due to COVID-19
  • Plumbing:  Neel Plumbing cleaned all drains, both kitchen and sewer lines on May 4thand 5th.  Neel will install rubber seals and do the water repairs of outside walls of some units.
  • Gutters:  Gutters were cleaned in early May.
  • Boardman:InspectionofallFireExtinguisherswascompletedonMay4.
  • Landscaping:  Sedum plants were ordered and will be planted at Rite-Aid sideentrance.
  • Trash:  Reminder – Pizza boxes are garbage not recyclables.  Cut up the box and put them in a garbage bag and then down the garbage chute.  Plastic bags are also garbage. If you put recyclables in a plastic, empty the recyclables and put the plastic bag in the garbage chute.
New Business
  • Year-to-Date Budget: Posted on the Lobby Bulletin Board
  • Plumbing:  Neel Plumbing will clean the outside underground gutter drains in the near future. 
  • Social Distancing: The Board is exploring the use of our outside property from a liability and safety concern. We are requesting each resident maintain social distance. Wear a mask/gloves while getting your mail, walking the hallways, in the Laundry Room and common areas.
  • By-Laws compliance: In response to resident’s concerns,our yearly budget includes Budget items, as well as Capital Expenditures. These include maintenance, upgrades and improvements and are not subject to Exhibit C, page 14, para (s).
  • Pool: The outdoor furniture has been setup at poolside. The Pool will not be open until further notice.  Due to COVID-19, HHCA is waiting for guidance and regulations about pool openings from the state of New Jersey.  We must have approval from the state and Camden County before we can open. As soon as a decision is made, residents will be informed.
  • Question from a Resident: Trees along Cuthbert Blvd are handled by Haddon Township and the County. HHCA has no input in the planting of trees on the curb.
  • Lobby: Table lamp is on a TIMER [8-11pm], please allow the timer to turn it on and off.
  • Camera installation: HHCA cameras are only in public area and we do not do monitor them on a daily basis. 2ndand 3rdfloor cameras and tentatively scheduled for May 29that 9am.
  • Alarm testing:Independent Alarm will be testing the fire ALARMS throughout the building on June 9th.  Residents will have a notice placed under their door.
