New Business
- Pool: Steve Papp said that our pool will open on Saturday, May 28th. Pool information packets will be given to residents on Monday, May 23rd. Heather House Non-residents pay $5 a day; a summer pass is $50. New chair pillows have been donated by the Healy’s. We still need to purchase two new lounge chairs. Steve emphasized the importance of having residents participate in the daily needs of our pool. Please consider volunteering for his pool committee. A notice about the pool committee will be distributed soon by Steve Papp.
- Haddon Township: There is a notice on the bulletin board announcing a meeting in the municipal building in Haddon Township at 7:30 PM on Thursday, June 2nd. The meeting is about potential cannabis store operations in the township.
- Contact Information: All residents are requested to fill out the contact information form they will be receiving. Please put the form in the condo/suggestion box. This information is kept confidential by the Board.
- Inspections: Today, the inspection of our building’s fire extinguishers was done. This was the final building inspection for the year. Our yearly inspection by the Haddon Township Fire Marshal will be in mid-June. Thank you to Lucy Macdonald for coordinating all of the building inspections by our vendors.
- Comments/Issues:
- Copies of the current Haddon Township Shopping and Outing schedules are available in our lobby.
- Our generator kicked in as a result of the area-wide electrical outage on Friday, the 13th. The generator keeps all the emergency lights on in our building. The generator is located in the basement in the electrical/generator room.
- Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, June 15th at 7:00 PM.
- Move to adjourn was made by Dennis Bush and seconded by Charlie Schaefer.
