HHCA General Condo Meeting – November 18, 2020

Call To Order
Roll Call:  

Lucy Macdonald, Janet Sassano and Denise Healy.  Absent: Dennis Bush and Rosemarie Chambers.

Treasurer’s Report

Reserves     $ 59,369.02
Checking     $ 23,288.49
Savings       $ 27,415.77
CD’s             $ 35,294.41
Total           $145,358.69

Old Business
  • 1st floor rugs were cleaned
  • Drains were cleaned, outside gutter down pipes cleaned also
  • Election Information: the following 5 owners will be running for the 3 openings on the Board:
    Karen Dawson
    Denise Healy
    Ed Kalesse
    Lucy Macdonald
    Steve Papp
New Business
  • Election: Ballots have been counted and the new 2021 board members will be:
    Denise M. Healy
    Lucy Macdonald
    Steve Papp
    Thank you everyone for voting.  A record of the election votes has been placed on file.
  • Budget information: each resident will get a copy of the budget. Any questions please call Denise – 856-854-5118.  The 2021 budget has a 1% increase in condo fees.  We will approve the budget at the December meeting.
  • Amendment update: The additional amendments since 1981, will be given to each resident in December.
  • Decorating committee: They will be updating the Christmas decorations including the tree.
  • Parking lot update: Awaiting notice of the dates the lot will be done.
  • Mailboxes: COVID issue is causing delays.  The company has given us several suggestions for how to handle the placement of the mailboxes. This was discussed at the meeting.
  • Christmas party: Party will be done differently this year.  Update will be supplied at the December meeting.
From the suggestion box 
    • 2 concerns about cars parked overnight in handicap spot – they were addressed by the Board and the issue is resolved.
    • Heat in hallways – HHCA, at present, cannot control the hallway heat.
    • Trash cans by exits – Board put it under advisement.

Meeting ended with the election results at 7:45 PM
