HEATHER HOUSE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
HHCA General Condo Meeting – October 18, 2023

Treasurer’s Report:

Old Business – from September 2023
  • Drain Cleaning: We do not, yet, have a date for the kitchen drain cleaning.
  • Fire Marshal Inspection: We received our fire certificate showing we passed our yearly inspection.
  • Fresh Foam: Fresh Foam cleaned/disinfected our trash chute and dumpsters on August 4th.
  • Elections: There were two open positions for a three-year term and one for a two-year term.
  • Issue/ideas to be discussed at a board meeting should be placed in the suggestion/condo box at least prior to the meeting.
New Business 
  • Drain Cleaning: Immediately before this meeting we were informed that Neel Plumbing will no longer service our building. This is due to a resident’s harassment and inappropriate actions towards our plumber of 10 years.
  • Fresh Foam: The rugs on all three floors will be cleaned on Monday, November 20th.
  • Elections: Two candidate’s, Steve Papp and Denise Healy, submitted their applications. Their three-year term will begin in January, 2024.
  • Electrical Work: Urbano will be here to clean and service the attic fans on Thursday, October 19th.
  • Attic Work: An explanation was read giving a summary of the attic.
  • Update on Unit 42: A sheriff sale notice was placed on Unit 42’s door. The sheriff sale will be in Camden on November 8th at Noon. Unit 42 was current with all local tax charges.
  • Reminder:
    • Trash room carts must not be used by workmen or residents.
    • All contractors must clean up after their jobs are done on a daily basis. Including, all common areas, both inside and outside.
  • Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, November 15th at 7:00 PM.
