  • 8/24 — A resident from the 2nd floor was upset that the residents on the 2nd floor were not notified of the painting of the walls and trim. An apology was extended to that resident for that oversight

Residents
  • Furniture containing the books is very difficult for the disabled and elderly to access. Janet will provide a stool to resolve that problem.
  • Board of Trustees: concern that the board should consist of 7 members, 2 members are non-voting members [the Secretary and the Treasurer], leaving the 5 members voting rights. At present, there are 5 board members all having voting rights.
    • Janet will ask Mr. Wilson to review the master deed and by-laws and will place that documentation under our doors to clarify that concern
  • Parking issues: owners/residents with assigned parking spaces are not parking in their assigned spots, but instead are parking in the visitors spots. PLEASE park in your assigned parking space and leave the visitors’ spaces for visitors and residents with more than one vehicle.
  • What new Amendments have been made to the by-laws? Denise stating that there have been only three: 20% rentals; roof; and one other [?]
  • May need to discuss the need for a Management Company in the future
